PROMISE provides free technical support for products within warranty. Support hours vary per product.
All VTrak Series products under warranty, have 24 hour, 7 days a week support though phone and CRM (https://support.promise.com). Note: Customers who purchased 24 hour, 7 days a week uplift for their non VTrak products are also entitled.
All other products under warranty have phone and CRM support available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday (times may vary in other countries and regions).
Extended warranties, 24x7 warranty uplift and phone/CRM only support contracts are available directly through technical support.
