PROMISE RMA Request Form

Use this form to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number . This form should be filled out when you need to return or replace a PROMISE product. RMAs help us identify your returns so we can process the credit or send out a replacement as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact PROMISE's Service and Support.

Please Note
  • PROMISE will review all requests and determine if it qualifies for a credit, refund or replacement prior to processing. This is not always based on your request.
  • All products returned to PROMISE must have a valid RMA number which should be visible on the outside of the box as well as on the packing slip inside of the box
  • PROMISE will issue an RMA number within 24 hours, unless there are any unforeseen circumstances and pending that all of the information submitted is complete and accurate.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges when returning the product, however PROMISE will pay for standard GROUND service for the replacement. If you would like expedited service, you will be responsible for the cost difference. PROMISE will at its discretion pay for expedited services as we see fit.
  • Upon return, PROMISE will inspect the RMA and process it accordingly. If the incorrect product is returned or there was a partial return, PROMISE will not issue a full credit or replacement . PROMISE will notify you of the issues.
